Order Acknowledgement Within 24 Hours
We pride ourselves on prompt communication. Within 24 hours of receiving a client's purchase order, our operations team sends an order acknowledgement confirming all key details - the installation location, product drawings, site contacts, project manager, and anticipated start date.
Kickoff Call Within 1 Week
The assigned project manager will then reach out within 24 hours of you receiving your order acknowledgement to schedule a comprehensive kickoff call within 1 week of the order date. On this call, the PM reviews a detailed 2-page checklist covering all necessary information to ensure the project starts smoothly.
Addressing Information Gaps
If any information gaps are identified on the kickoff call, the PM documents what additional details are needed from the client and emails the checklist for them to fill in. We proactively close information loops early.
Regular Construction Updates
Once installation begins, clients receive at minimum 2 construction progress updates per week, and ideally 4-5. These updates include color-coded drawings showing what sections are completed. The frequent communication allows clients to remotely track progress.
Project Completion Package
At project end, clients receive a completion package including site photos, a folder with all equipment bills of lading, and a signed completion form. We professionally document the finished product.
