Upright Assembly

We assemble upright frames per manufacturer specifications, correctly aligning and fastening all structural components including:

Vertical upright posts
Horizontal bracing
Diagonal bracing
Baseplates
Hardware

Our teams use precision techniques to ensure uprights are square and plumb. Once assembled, we efficiently install uprights according to the racking layout using proper material handling equipment. This includes:

Positioning baseplates
Anchoring uprights to the floor
Verifying row spacing
Checking plumb/level on each upright
